Close to the Benalmádena marina, the apartment is located on the coast close to Carihuela Torremolinos and the Benalmádena marina and has a fantastic location for the beach, shops and restaurants.
Only 15 minutes by car from Malaga airport and the car is not necessary.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and of course there is an elevator.
It is a corner apartment, which means that there is a possibility that the sun moves on one of the terraces throughout the day.
You can start with a good cup of coffee on the terrace in the east, which belongs to a bedroom and has a view of both the beach and Malaga.
The terrace is in the southwest corner and beautifully furnished with chairs, tables and awnings.
